Guidelines for Preparation and Submission of Abstracts

The maximum size for the abstract is one page including figures and references. Please start with saving this WordTemplate on your computer and then use the saved file to prepare your abstract document. Name your abstract document "LastnameFirstname_Name of congress" and send it as a Word-file to Dr.Arnault Heynderickx.
Please put “Abstract for Name of congress” in the e-mail subject line.

Deadlines and Key dates for Authors

Today:                                    Please, Pre-registrer first.

2nd November 2009:              Deadline for submission of abstracts communication/poster.
12nd November 2009:            Notification of acceptance to the authors
16th November  2009:            Deadline for registration and fee payment, in order to get abstract accepted and included in the Book of abstracts
17th November :                     Preliminary program on the website

Call for Contributions

Contributions to the meeting are being solicited as lectures and posters. The conference language and thus the language of the abstracts will be English.

Participants who would like to present an oral or a poster contribution must submit an abstract before November 2, 2009.

Contributions not selected for oral contribution will automatically be redirected to the poster session if request for an oral presentation cannot be fulfilled.

In order to have an abstract accepted and included in the program and the Book of abstracts the presenting author must have registered and paid the registration fee prior to November 16, 2009.

We especially encourage young scientists to submit abstracts. Award will be given for the best poster presentation.
