Level fees


The registration fee will cover admission to scientific sessions, book of abstracts, coffee breaks and lunches. On-site registration during the meeting will not be possible. Ordinary SCF ans SCI members as well as GIF members will be entitled of a discount on registration fee.

The lunches for participants will be organized at the University restaurant .  The Gala Dinner will be held on Wednesday, december 9.

Payment
  
  • Secured payment online first and foremost (with a credit card)
  • Payments with cheque, credit card or transfer are also possible for each registration sent by post or fax.
  • A receipt for registration and payment is automatically sent by e-mail (online payment) so long as the e-mail address is known.

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation should be made by regular mail

Participants cancelling prior to 25 November 2009, will get a refund of their payments minus 50 EUR.

After 25 November 2009, refunds cannot be made.
